I came into this world three months early and was diagnosed with a mild case of Cerebral Palsy.

As time went on and as I faced the natural challenges of aging, whether it was recovering from injury, managing autoimmune struggles, or overcoming burnout, along with hormonal imbalance struggles, found myself searching for answers conventional medicine never fully provided me. It always felt like I could not fully get a grasp on all of my issues at one time.

That transformation lit a fire inside me.
